 It achieves this by utilising eight belt conveyors, each with its own drive motor for extra reliability, arranged conically to drive the bulk roll from 1000mm diameter through the outlet end and into a 570mm dia plastic bag. When the rolls have been condensed the storage and transportation space saved equals cheaper storage and transportation costs. You can store or transport approximatly 30 condensed rolls compared with 12 uncondensed rolls. These machines are very robust and reliable, needing very little maintainance.
