The H.P.E. Press Packer is a versatile and compact solution for packing light weight textile products / soft furnishings into smaller packages for storage and transportation. Smaller packaging equals smaller transportation and warehousing costs.

The press packer is ideal for soft furnishings such as:-

  • Pillows
  • Douvets
  • Soft toys
  • Pet beds
  • Cushions

In fact any product that can regain its shape when the package is opened to air.

The Press Packer if fully adjustable to vary the amount of compression required for individual products. It is very simple to use in four simple steps:-

  • Insert product into plastic bag.
  • Place bag into press with open end of the bag protruding through the heat sealer.
  • Press the pedal and the press comes down compressing the product and expelling air from the bag at the same time. Once the press has reached the preset stop the heat sealer seals the bag forming a vacuum and creating a flat pack.
  • Remove flat pack from the press.

An example of how much space can be saved can be seen in the pictures below, the product in this case is a pet bed.
